Services and Quotations
Our services include but are not limited to:
- Resin driveways installation and maintenance
- Resin patios and pathways
- Block paving services
- Tarmac driveways
- Related maintenance and repair services
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and other factors.
Booking and Deposits
To secure a booking:
- A deposit of 30% of the total project cost is required
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the scheduled start date
- Full payment is due upon completion of the work
- We accept various payment methods including bank transfer and card payments
Project Timeline
While we strive to complete projects within the estimated timeframe:
- Timelines may be affected by weather conditions
- Unexpected site conditions may require additional work
- We will provide regular updates on project progress
- Any significant delays will be communicated promptly
Warranty and Guarantees
Our work is covered by the following guarantees:
- 10-year guarantee on resin driveways
- 5-year guarantee on block paving
- 3-year guarantee on tarmac driveways
- All guarantees are subject to proper maintenance
Site Access and Preparation
To ensure smooth project execution:
- Clear access to the work area must be provided
- Parking for our vehicles should be available nearby
- Any existing structures or features to be preserved must be clearly marked
- We will restore the site to a clean condition upon completion
Health and Safety
We are committed to maintaining high safety standards:
- All work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Appropriate safety measures will be implemented on site
- We maintain public liability insurance
- Customers must keep children and pets away from the work area
Complaints and Disputes
In the event of any concerns:
- Please contact us immediately to discuss any issues
- We aim to resolve complaints within 7 working days
- If we cannot resolve a dispute, we will follow our formal complaints procedure
- We are members of relevant trade associations for dispute resolution
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
